Terms of use

The rules for using Who Knows More?. By creating an account or using the apps or this website you agree to them.

Zuletzt aktualisiert: 6 November 2026

1. Who we are

Who Knows More? is provided by SELLTICKETS Ltd, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, licence no. 07011340, Office A, Innovation City Business Centre, RAK Bank ROC Office, Ground Floor, Al Rifaa, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected]. How we use your data is explained in the privacy policy.

2. Who can play

You must be 13 or older. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you, and must agree to any purchase. One account per person; keep your Apple or Google sign-in safe, because what happens in your account is your responsibility.

3. The apps and this website

The apps are free to download. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial fun. We may change, add or remove features, question decks and skins. We try to keep the game running, but we can't promise it is always available or free of errors. You need an internet connection to play.

Ads. The apps are paid for by ads, loaded by Unity LevelPlay and coming from Meta Audience Network: full-screen ads at breaks and banners on calm screens, never on a question or answer screen. Players under 18 see only our own ads. Ads come from their advertisers, not from us; we don't endorse what they offer. How ads use data, and your choices, are in the privacy policy. Watching a reward video is always your choice; a reward has no cash value and can't be transferred.

This website sells nothing. It explains the game, hosts these terms and the privacy policy, and opens invite links. All purchases happen inside the apps.

4. Buying question decks, Who Knows More+ and No ads

  • Some question decks are sold as in-app purchases, and only inside the apps. You buy them through the App Store or Google Play, which take the payment, charge any taxes and handle refunds under their own terms. We never see your card details. To ask for a refund, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play's order history.
  • The price is shown in the store, in your currency, before you confirm. Decks are one-off purchases, not subscriptions, unless the store clearly says otherwise before you buy.
  • A deck you buy is digital content linked to your Who Knows More? account. Restore it on a new device by signing in with the same account and tapping Restore purchases. It is for your own use, has no cash value and can't be transferred or resold.
  • Right to cancel (UK, EU and similar laws): a deck is unlocked as soon as you buy it. When you buy, you ask for it to be delivered at once and accept that you then lose the 14-day right to cancel. This does not affect your rights if the deck is faulty or not as described.
  • Who Knows More+ Yearly is an auto-renewing yearly subscription: no ads, and every deck (new ones too) while it runs, for you and for everyone in the rooms you host. It renews automatically each year until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date; cancelling stops the next renewal, and ads and the decks you didn't buy come back when the paid year ends.
  • Who Knows More+ Lifetime is a one-off purchase: no ads, and every deck released on or before the day you buy it. Decks released later can be bought at a lower price.
  • No ads forever is a one-off purchase that removes ads for you and for everyone in the rooms you host. If you already have the older No ads yearly subscription, it keeps working until you cancel it.
  • "Lifetime" and "forever" mean for as long as SELLTICKETS Ltd offers Who Knows More?. They are linked to your account like a deck and restored the same way.
  • Prices are the ones the App Store or Google Play shows before you pay, and may change for future purchases.
  • If we retire a deck you bought, we keep it playable for you or replace it with similar content. If we ever stop the service completely, we tell you in advance.

5. Playing fair and kind

Don't use names, photos, typed answers or reports that:

  • bully, harass, threaten or shame anyone, or share someone's private information;
  • are sexual, violent, hateful or discriminatory, or encourage harm or illegal acts;
  • pretend to be someone else, or spam or advertise;
  • break someone else's rights, such as copyright or privacy.

Don't cheat, use bots, copy or resell our questions, reverse-engineer the apps beyond what the law allows, attack or overload the service, or try to get at other people's accounts or data.

6. What you put in

Your name, photo and typed answers stay yours. You let us store them, show them to the players you play with, and check them for safety, only to run the game. The questions, decks, skins, artwork, sounds and the apps themselves belong to us or our licensors.

7. Reports and moderation

Players can report content and other players. We may remove or hide content, reset a name or photo, or block an account that breaks these terms. If we block your account, write to us if you think it was a mistake; we look at it again. Blocking for breaking these terms does not entitle you to a refund of purchases, except where the law says otherwise.

8. Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (see deleting your account). Deleting your account does not cancel or refund purchases made through the App Store or Google Play. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

9. Liability

The game is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, for loss of data you didn't ask us to keep, or for what other players write, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud), or your rights as a consumer.

10. Apple App Store

If you got the app from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no duty to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims about it (product liability, failure to meet legal requirements, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims); we are. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you can tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (which is free); Apple has no other warranty duty. You confirm you are not in a country under a US government embargo or on a US list of prohibited parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You must also follow the App Store's own terms of use.

11. Google Play

If you got the app from Google Play: these terms are between you and us, not Google, and you must also follow the Google Play Terms of Service. Purchases follow Google Play's refund policies.

12. Changes, disputes and law

We will tell you in the app before important changes to these terms apply; if you don't agree, you can stop using the app and delete your account. Please write to us first if something goes wrong — most problems are solved that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, and the courts of Ras Al Khaimah have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere you keep the protections of your local consumer law and can bring a claim in your local courts.
